Design firm information and a firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project scope includes: 1. Design Development, 2. Permitting, 3. Construction Documentation, and 4. Construction Administration. The Consultant shall prepare all drawings, specifications, cost estimation, permits, and other documentation, as needed, to go out to bid for the installation of the kayak launch and all associated site improvements to create access to the launch as shown in the below figure. Anticipated permits include an NOI with the Lowell Conservation Commission/MassDEP and a Chapter 91 License from the state.
