Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Elmer, Missouri. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The funds will be utilized to demolish vacant, dilapidated residential structures throughout the City of Elmer. The City of Elmer will be accepting bids for approximately thirteen (13) residential structures to be demolished. The City of Elmer is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites the submission of bids from minority, wornen-owned, disadvantaged, and Section 3 firms. For questions, please contact Cindy Huitz, Mark Twain Regional Council of Governments at (573) 565-2203. All bids must have a bid guarantee equivalent to 5% of the bid amount. This can be secured by a bid bond or certified check and must be included with the bid. Other bonding requirements may be required from the contractor after a bid is awarded. The bid also must include the bidders OSHA 10-hour safety certification. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
