As of August 29, 2023, project was awarded to KM Davis Contracting awarded amount is $3,324,974.80. Bartow County is requesting firm price and delivery proposals for pipe to be installed by others in support of the Cass-Pine Log Water Main Replacement (Phase II). Bartow County intends to pre-purchase pipe materials and secure a firm delivery date. The outside envelope containing the Bid Form must be clearly labeled with the project name and number as follows: Project Name: Cass-Pine Log Water Main Replacement (Phase II) Pipe Procurement Project Number: Bartow County Project WA4.2201.2.2 The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows: Construction of 19,188+- linear feet of 12-inch DIP water main and appurtenances. Direct technical questions regarding this RFP or the attached procurement package documents to Yanni Spanoudakis, E.I.T. via email yspanoudakis@wkdickson.com. Any verbal responses are informal and non-binding unless confirmed in writing by letter or e-mail from an authorized representative of Bartow County. Last Day for Questions - Will take questions through close of business of June 29, 2023, with final Addendum to be issued, if necessary, by 10:00 am on July 6, 2023 (72-hours prior to bid excluding weekends and legal holidays).
