The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is soliciting submittals from firms interested in providing Building Envelope Commissioning services for the Carrington Hall Renewal project. The new Carrington West project will be 109,100 GSF. The building will have 8 floors including the penthouse. Specific Architectural Systems to by commissioned include: Roof systems; Flashing, trim, and roof penetrations; Exterior walls; Windows and glazing; Doors, including overhead and specialty doors; Louvers; Sealants and expansion joints; Control joints; Curtain walls, window walls, storefronts; Plaza decks; Below grade waterproofing.
