As of September 6, 2023 the Project was awarded to Waldron Engineering & Construction but the awarded amount was not available USNH, representing UNH Facilities Project Management, is seeking qualified firms to provide design/build services for James Hall Energy Wheel Replacement. Deadline for written questions : 07/10/2023 at 12:00 p.m Project Site: James Hall 56 College Road Durham, New Hampshire 03824 The Project includes the replacement of a heat recovery wheel with a glycol heat recovery loop as detailed in the Owner's Project Requirements document. Proposals are to include a design phase (including a full set of construction documents), all demolition, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and controls work for this project based on the provided documents. Bids must include narrative sequence detailing the intended scope, expected project schedule and phasing requirements, a path to completion orinstallation concerns which could hinder the project timeline, list of any long lead items for immediate purchase, shutdown periods and lengths of time. Deadline for written questions 07/25/2023 at 12:00 p.m
