USNH, representing UNH Facilities Project Management, is seeking construction management services to provide to Replace UNH PCAC Art Museum and Art Collection Storage HVAC Systems. Deadline for written questions : 08/08/2023 at 12:00 p.m Full Construction Management Services The full range of sub-trades normally associated with a project of this type, will be required. It is expected that the construction management firm will work closely with the university/college and the architect. The Owner's representative(s) and the design professional will assist the construction manager in identifying and selecting the appropriate qualified sub-contractors for this project. Construction Management Services - Two Phases CM services will be divided into two phases: preconstruction services, and bidding and construction services. The construction manager will be required to submit a proposal for the preconstruction services and the bidding and construction phase of the project.
