Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Grind and overlay approximately 33,000 square yards of existing asphalt pavement Utility adjustments, raised pavement markers, channelization and other minor improvements Construct 15 curb ramps for ADA compliance or to maximum extent feasible BID BOND REQUIRED: Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of cash, certified check, cashiers check or surety bond in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of such bid. Checks shall be made payable to the City Treasurer. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish a satisfactory performance and payment bond within the time stated in the specifications, the bid bond shall be forfeited to the City of Bellevue. Any bidder determined to be not responsible based on these supplemental criteria may appeal the Citys determination by providing additional information to the City within two 2 business days following receipt of the Citys written determination that the bidder was determined not responsible. The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof.
