Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kilgore, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project includes the following Work: 1. Improvements to the bulk caustic storage area, including: a. FRP bulk storage tank. b. Associated valves, piping, and instrumentation. c. Concrete repairs for the caustic containment area. d. Eyewash and shower station and concrete pad. e. Stairs and ladder for access into caustic containment area and concrete pad. 2. Improvements to the caustic/LAS feed building, including: a. LAS day tank with containment pallet and scale. b. Caustic day tank with containment pallet and scale. c. Eyewash and shower station. d. Refurbishment of LAS and caustic feed pump skids. e. Associated valves, piping, and instrumentation. f. Heating and ventilation. g. Roll-up garage door. h. Sidewalk around feed building. 3. A new pH analyzer for the existing ground storage tank.
