As of July 20, 2023, the project has not been awarded as all bids received were over budget. At this time, it has not been confirmed if the project will be rebid. The Project consists of constructing a new restroom / concessions building on existing fairground property. Improvements to the existing utilities on site necessary for the new building will also be constructed. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. No pre-bid conference will be held. No Bid Security will be required. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
