Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tremonton, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project consists of the full reconstruction and widening of 1770 lf of 1000 North and an additional 735 lf of pulverize and repave of the existing roadway. Also included in the project is the construction of a storm drain system, pressurized secondary water, concrete sidewalk and curb, and miscellaneous landscape and driveway tieins. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Chris Breinholt, chrisb@jonescivil.com no later than April 29 at 12:00 pm. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No pre-bid conference will be held. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. The work is located on 1000 North in Tremonton, Utah from about 2950 West to 2300 West.
