Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Steven Brady (steven@jonescivil.com) no later than 10:00am on Monday, March 3rd. All contractors who plan to bid on any project as a general contractor must obtain an original set of plans electronically from this website. The plans and documents on this website are for bidding purposes only and shall not be used for construction. The Project consists of the installation and placement of an asphalt seal coat on several roads in the South Willard area, as well as one (1) road in the Riverside area. The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $404,000. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Steven Brady (steven@jonescivil.com) no later than 10:00am on Monday, March 3rd. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
