Construction of the 12000 N Bridge Culvert Replacement The Project consists of the removal of the failing, existing culvert and construction of a new concrete bridge culvert and is located where 12000 N crosses the Bear River Canal (about 5100 West). The project has an Engineer's Estimate of $714,000. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Steven Brady (steven@jonescivil.com) no later than 11:00am, Monday, October 28th. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
