The Project consists of procurement and delivery of chip seal oil (LMCRS-2), fog coat emulsion (CSS-1H), and DuraPatch emulsion (CRS-2A). Materials are to be delivered to the County Road Shed; with the exception of the CRS-2A emulsion, for which the County will pick up from the supplier in a County-owned storage tank. Application of products to be performed by the County. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Steven Brady (steven@jonescivil.com) no later than 9:00am on Monday, March 3rd Location of the Work: Delivery to County Road Shed, 5730 West 8800 North, Tremonton, Ut 84337 Completion Date: September 30, 2025. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of five percent (5%) of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions.
