Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Tremonton, Utah. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project involves excavating and grading and constructing a 250 square foot restroom and utilities including landscaping, irrigation, trees, shrubs, concrete flatwork, and lighting for Tremonton City Midland Square Park. he Project consists of the dem-olition of existing site improvements at Midland Square and the regrading and reconstruction of improvements on the site. The work includes concrete flatwork, brick pavers, restroom con-struction, electrical lighting and outlets, landscaping and other miscellaneous improvements at the site. The site is located at approximately 100 West Main Street. Question Deadline 04/24/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Chris Breinholt, chrisb@jonescivil.com . Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruc-tions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
