Site work for a water / sewer project in Monument, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 6, 2023 the project will be aarded sometimes this month. The Work Will Include All Necessary Labor, Supervision, Equipment, Tools, and Materials for the Relocation of Utilities Generally Located Along Colorado State Highway 105 Between Interstate Highway 25 and Lake Woodmoor Drive. Work Includes, but is Not Limited to, Demolition/abandonment of the Existing Water Distribution Main; Construction of a New Water Distribution Main (Using Open Cut Construction); Connections to Existing Water Mains; Reconnection of Existing Water Service Connections (Including Corporation Stops); Removal and Replacement of Fire Hydrants; Concrete and Asphalt Removal and Replacement, and Installation of All Valves, Fittings, Bends, Tees, Crosses, Air/vacuum Relief Valves, and Appurtenances Required for a Complete and Functional Water Distribution System Each Bidder Shall File With His Bid a Bid Security in the Form of a Cashier S Check, Certified Check or a Bidder S Bond in Accordance With the Instructions to Bidders Woodmoor Water & Sanitation District Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities Therein Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion within 546 calendar days of the issuance by the Owner of a Notice to Proceed and shall finally complete the Work so that it is ready for final payment within 606 calendar days of the issuance by the Owner of a Notice to Proceed.
