Bonding When the tender requires bonding a Performance Bond and Labour and Material Payment Bond shall be provided in the amount of 100% of the total tender price The liquidated damages for this contract shall be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each and every day delay as outlined in Special Provisions - General. Award of this tender is subject to the Owner obtaining approval from Fort Erie Town Council, if the tender submission exceeds the approved budget. Tentatively, construction may commence, but is not guaranteed, by: July 4, 2023 The estimated tender price of the project Estimated Tender Price: $500,000.00
