Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Hazelridge, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work of this Contract comprises renovation of an existing school, located at 38 Myrtle Street, Hazelridge, Manitoba; and further identified as Hazelridge School. The Work includes, but is not limited to: Removal and replacement of exterior sidewalk. Removal and replacement of interior handrails. Removal and replacement of interior door, frame, glazing, and hardware. Partial removal and replacement of interior concrete stairs and landing. Partial infill of interior CMU wall. Construction of interior partition. Construction of interior platform. Supply/installation of vertical platform lift. Removal and replacement of electrical panelboards and breakers.
