Provide All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools, Transportation, Insurance, and Services to Renovate the 4 Th Floor Cognitive Science Laboratory: O Remove Subject Room Walls, Doors and Ceiling to Create a New Lab and Collaboration Room O Doors From the Demolished Subject Rooms Will Be Removed and Infilled Along Rated Corridors O Install New Carpet, Paint, New Suspended Ceiling Tile, and Grid Within the New Spaces O Install New Led Light Fixtures Within New Spaces O Perform Minor Electrical Work, Including New Power Outlets, Data Outlets, and Lighting Circuit Adjustments O Install New Mechanical Registers and Ductwork to Accommodate the New Layout, Including Plumbing for 2 New Sinks The Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Have the Following California Contractor's License (S): Active at the Time of Submission of the Bid: B, General Building License Class Required: B, General Building Project Duration: One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days For Bids of $300,000 or More, Only Tier 1 Pre-qualified Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors May Be Utilized for This Project.
