Other Details Any requests for clarification or other questions concerning this RFP must be submitted via PlanetBids no later than the date and time specified on the cover page of this RFP. No verbal requests or requests made in any other format will be accepted. Questions must be submitted individually and not in a paragraph format nor combined in a single submission. Significant interpretations or clarifications and responses to questions received by the deadline will be addressed via addenda to this RFP, which will be released and posted on PlanetBids under the "Addenda/Emails" tab.
