Contractor shall provide parking management services at various OC Parks locations. The Contractor is expected to collect parking fees in an accurate, efficient, meticulous, safe, and customer-friendly manner; optimize use of existing equipment and technology; and provide personable parking attendants and adequate levels of staffing, when and where needed. All respondents and subcontractors must comply with the requirements of labor code sections 1771.1(a) and 1725.5 pertaining to registration of contractors and subcontractors. Proposals cannot be accepted from unregistered respondents except as provided in section 1771.1. Dir registration number must be included with company profile and references Respondents are advised to carefully read the general instructions for submittal, insurance requirements, and the model contract, prior to submitting a proposal. Awarded contractor must provide all insurance requirements within seven (7) days of recommendation of award, but prior to official contract award. If applicable, respondents must provided completed exhibit 1 - local small business (oclsb) preference and disabled veteran business enterprise certification requirements when submitting proposal to be considered.
