Renovation of a municipal facility in Elm City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project has been put on hold. This project will be bid and awarded in accordance with North Carolina law. All times are local prevailing times. Scope: Demo existing boiler, chiller, pumps, piping, VRF equipment, AHU's and ductwork on all floors. . Install 8 RTU's (approx. 36-tons), 9 Split Systems (approx.28-tons) and new ductwork. . Install 9 VRF Systems (approx. 35-tons). . New Honeywell building automation system and electrical to all new units. All contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license as required under the state laws governing their respective trades. Wilson County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities and irregularities in bidding, and to accept bids which are in the best interest of the Wilson County also reserves the right to require any bidder to submit information needed to determine if said bidder is responsible within the meaning of N.C. Gen. Stat. 143-129.
