The scope of work involves the design of a 4 leg, single lane roundabout which will provide safe and sustainable transportation, accommodate traffic associated with current and projected development, and which complies with the City’s General Plan standards. The design shall incorporate turning movements for California legal trucks, accessible curb ramps, bike lanes and shared-use paths, raised splitter islands, street lighting, and landscaping. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any non-material irregularities or information in any proposal, and to accept or reject any combination of items.
