Splash Pad Fencing: The City of Caro operates a Splash Pad at Bieth Park, in the year 2022 a temporary fence made from snow fencing materials was placed and proved to be a welcome improvement to users of the Splash Pad. During the development of the Fiscal Year 2023/2024 Budget for the City of Caro it was decided to add a permanent fence to the Splash Pad. The specifics are as follows: Approximately 300 feet of 4 foot high commercial black 3-rail aluminum flat top EEF-20 fencing. 2-4" walk gates with 2-1/2" posts. Hardware and materials included.
