Contract Description: This project includes roofing removal and replacement on multiple roofs at Milwaukee County's General Mitchell International Airport (MKE). The work areas include the Concourse D stem, portions of the Concourse D Hammerhead, and other areas. Included in this contract is removal of existing roofing membranes, ballast, and insulation, and replacement with new fully adhered vapor barriers, insulation, and membrane. If the Base Bid only is awarded, the contractor shall have a total of 150 consecutive calendar days to substantially complete the project, excluding punch list. If any or all additive alternatives are awarded, the contractor shall have a total of 180 consecutive calendar days to substantially complete the project, excluding punch list.
