The Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK) is requesting proposals from qualified agencies for the development of a Parks, Trails and Water Access Strategy (PTWAS) which will identify the strategic priorities that define the future direction, philosophy, policies, and actions for the provision of both regional and community parks services. The RDCK anticipates a 14-18 month process to complete the Final Plan. The RDCK reserves the right in its absolute discretion to: accept the Proposal which it deems most advantageous and favourable in the interests of the RDCK; and waive informalities in, or reject any or all Proposals, in each case without giving any notice.
