Contractor to provide the labour, equipment and materials to open cut and install all carrier pipes on Barnes/Tees Road prior to September 16, 2023. If interested please provide a quote (upset budget based on assumptions/exclusions) based on the following particulars: Start Date: either July 6 or July 20, 2023 depending on total price of contract. Completion Date: September 16, 2023 RDCK/Highland Consulting to provide the following: MOTI permit Locate existing RDCK water main Assist with repairs to existing AC watermain if it's damaged Notification to residents Contractor to provide the following: Undertake all locates. Provide traffic control as per MOTI permit and submit plan to MOTI for approval prior to starting work. Provide all labour, equipment and material to install the carrier pipe as per attached drawings and specifications. Provide all asphalt cutting and disposal thereof. Liaise with RDCK to field fit exact crossing locations to limit disturbances to driveways and difficult to repair areas. Supply and install all granular material and compaction as per MOTI specifications shown on the drawings. Supply and install recycled asphalt millings and compact in areas where asphalt is shown on the drawings. Contractor to provide as required maintenance to the patched areas until MOTI paves the road in September/October 2023. Reclaim disturbed areas back to original condition and grades following installation (including driveways and resident garden beds). Dispose of any excess material. Contractor to sweep/clean streets following repairs.
