Renovation of an educational facility in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,800-square-foot educational facility.
This project consists of renovation and remodel of the approximately 4,800 square feet office and classroom space as an enabling project for the Medical Science Renovation. The scope of the early release order is to include new interior finish upgrades and plumbing fixtures for the first-floor offices and restrooms at the Math Science Building. The project is located at the Math Sciences Building in the University of Missouri-Columbia campus. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following items: 1) New carpet and painted walls & ceilings in the existing offices. 2) New ceramic tile floors and walls in the existing restrooms. 3) New toilet partitions and plumbing fixtures in the existing restrooms. 4) Fix or replace damaged light fixtures throughout the first floor. 5) Install new automatic door operators at the two existing restroom doors. All RFIs/Clarifications are due to River City Construction no later than June 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM. The intent is to issue an addendum with all RFIs and Clarifications answered. All RFIs shall be sent to Kelly Hequembourg at khequembourg@rccllc.com.
