To provide all labor and materials for the conversion of a single (2) bedroom apartment to be a single (1) bedroom, barrier free apartment. The general scope of work includes some exterior concrete work, misc. demolition, new walls/ceilings for the new layout, new casework, doors, hardware, finishes, and other items as specified for a complete and working installation. The general scope of the work includes barrier free modernization of this two-bedroom apartment. Renovations include parking and walks, new walls, doors, hardware, appliances, new flooring, new cabinets, new counters, new sinks/faucets, electrical improvements, finish work, mechanical and plumbing work, and other items noted for this apartment, as indicated on the plans and specs. A bidder is considered qualified if they provide the submission documents indicated above and satisfy a reference check by the Owner. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in the best interest of the Authority.
