Project has prevailing wages, and is tax-exempt. The schedule is July 27, 2023 through May, 15, 2024. There is one (1) deduct Alternate - please review carefully. The following scopes apply: sitework, asphalt paving, site concrete, hydroseeding, site signs, concrete, rebar, misc steel, rough carpentry/wood framing, wood trusses, casework, insulation, metal roofing & siding, metal liner panels, sealants, doors/frames/hardware, fiberglass windows, overhead doors, drywall, tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, signs, toilet accessories. Contract No. 1 - Building Construction: Includes all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all site work and to construct proposed building structure associated with the new Highway Garage including but not limited to the following: Subgrade preparation, excavation, and backfilling. Septic tank, pump chamber, and pump Oil/Water Separator and Holding Tank Infiltration Basin Concrete footings, interior slabs on grade, exterior slabs on grade, trench drains, and drain piping. Building structure, framing, siding, roofing, insulation systems, liner panels, flashings, trim, windows, overhead doors with operators, and entry doors. Interior partition framing, joists, sheeting, gypsum board, doors, windows, frames, hardware, trim, wall finishing and painting. 1,000 gallon buried propane tank and slab Miscellaneous sitework and restoration. Contract No. 2 - ElectricaI: Includes all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to furnish and install all electrical power distribution systems, lighting systems (interior and exterior), emergency generator power system with automatic transfer switch, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete installation. The work of Contract No. 2 may also include the following alternates: Deduct Alternate No. 2 (DAI.2) for Cost Reduction in Base Bid Price for elimination of the emergency generator. Deductive Alternate No. 3 (DA 2.2): This alternate shall include the cost reduction to the base bid to eliminate the electrical work associated with the heating units eliminated if Additive Alternate 3.3 is awarded. Contract No. 3 - HVAC: Includes all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to furnish and install a complete HVAC system, thermostats, fans, louvers, dampers, liquid propane unit heaters, heat pump condensing unit and coils, and appurtenances necessary for a complete installation. The work of Contract No. 3 may also include the following alternates: Additive Alternate No. 4 (AA 4.3): This alternate shall include the cost change associated the installation of radiant tubing in the building's slab as well as any and all equipment, fittings, piping and controls necessary for the utilization of a radiant heating system throughout the building, (this includes the elimination of 2-unit heaters in the truck bay). Contract No. 4 - Plumbing: Includes all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to furnish and install: Domestic water system, sewer piping and drains; including bathroom furnishings, interior and exterior Liquid Propane (LP) piping, compressed air piping, and all necessary appurtenances for complete installation.
