Renovation of a stadium in Anchorage, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
The work consists of the contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment to support the installation of a new bleacher system as outlined in the construction documents. This project takes place in the Seawolf Sports Complex which will be an occupied facility for the duration of this project. As outlined in the contract documents, bleacher demolition, disposal and installation will be performed under a separate All bids must be accompanied by a bid bond provided by a surety authorized to do business in the State of Alaska on a form provided herein, or a cashier's check. Bid security must be in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid.
