REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS THE METROPOLITAN NASHVILLE AIRPORT AUTHORITY (MNAA) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from interested engineering firms with extensive experience in airport concourse demolition and reconstruction for Project No. 2406, the Concourse A Reconstruction project at the Nashville International Airport, Nashville, Tennessee. It is the Authority’s objective to promote, encourage and stimulate participation of local, small, minority and women-owned business enterprises (SMWBE) within its organization and the economic community served by it so as to provide maximum opportunities for participation in contracts, programs and all related business activities of the Authority, and to implement participation levels, policies and operational procedures to insure the Authority’s objectives. The SMWBE participation level established for the DESIGN portion of this project will be a minimum of 9.62% MBE and/or WBE. Responses will be reviewed and selection procedures will be followed in compliance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E (49 CFR Part 18) for the Procurement of Professional Services. The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive any irregularities in the responses received and to accept any responses which, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority.
