Marion County Utilities is soliciting bids from licensed and qualified contractors for water well upgrades as per the scope of work and related documentation. TERM: 180 calendar days to substantial completion + 30 days to final completion Marion County (COUNTY or OWNER) is soliciting fully licensed and qualified firms to submit bids for the Salt Springs Water Well Upgrades project. The project is located in the northeast quadrant of Marion County, Florida. The successful bidder will be responsible for all permits unless stated otherwise within this document and must be licensed by Marion County and State of Florida to perform such work. Project Manager for this project is Brian P. Bates, P.E., Senior Engineer with the Marion County Utilities (MCU), Engineer of Record (EOR) is Greg Taylor, P.E., Senior Project Manager with Wright-Pierce and Construction Manager for this project is Alejandro Rad also with MCU. Successful bidder must be licensed for this type of work and must submit a copy of such license upon award of bid. All local codes and State of Florida ADA Code will apply. All work must be done by experienced trades.
