Renovation of a transportation facility in Ocala, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

A Pre-Bid Meeting is not scheduled for this project. This project consists of providing all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary to construct the aircraft apron rehabilitation and expansion project at the Ocala International Airport in accordance with plans. Project includes but not limited to mill and resurface 38,324 square yards of existing asphalt aircraft apron, construction of 10,374 square yards of new aircraft asphalt apron, installation of aircraft tie downs, temporary and permanent pavement markings, pavement edge lighting, grading, stormwater facilities, and sod Bidder agrees that the work will be substantially completed within ninety (90) days and completed and ready for final payment within thirty (30) days after substantial completion.
