Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Clayton, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond made payable to the Owner, in a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, A Performance Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price and a Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price, each with corporate surety approved by the Owner, will be required for the faithful execution of the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Any bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. Any questions shall be directed to Kevin Hay of HWC Engineering by email only at klus @hweengineering.com. The deadline for questions is Tuesday. June 20th at 10:00 am On that date, Contractor shall start performing its obligations under the Contract Documents. No Work shall be done at the Site prior to such date. In accordance with the Agreement, the project shall be substantially complete by July 12th, 2024. Final completion shall be July 26th, 2024. Owners Contract No.: #12558 - DES #2300333
