Site work for a road / highway in Cardston, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete road shaping of granular base, type 3 hot mix asphalt and Concrete Work curb work. The work/service to be undertaken generally involve, but are not necessarily limited to: 1. Existing granular Sub-base preparation 2. Placement and supply of 75mm granular base (where needed) 3. Lift Manhole Covers and seal/Valves to finished grade (lift rings provided for manholes) 4. Placement and supply of City of Lethbridge Construction Specification Type 3 asphalt 5. Placement and Supply of City of Lethbridge Construction Specification Concrete Curbs and Swales. For sites within the Town of Cardston. The Town of Cardston will: 1. Supply necessary benchmarks for grade determination 2. Remove existing sidewalks and asphalt and saw cut private driveways and sidewalks (where/if necessary) 3. Provide lift rings for manholes. 4. Remove old concrete or topsoil and place 75 mm granular base
