The Blood Tribe Recovery Community Project is a 4,350M2 / 46,823sf building with associated site work, gravel road construction and deep site services. The building is constructed with a structural concrete slab floor, Structural steel framed roof in the building core and Wood framed walls and roof in the resident wings. This building is designed to achieve LEED V4 Silver certification. The purpose of this pre-qualification is to identify bidder interest and build a list of qualified and experienced sub-contractors for each trade scope which then may bid on the various sub-tender packages for the Blood Tribe Recovery Community project. This pre-qualification is for the following scopes. Prime Mechanical - Including but not limited to HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, Hydronic Systems, Mechanical Insulation. Fire Sprinklers & Fire Protection. Building Controls Prime Electrical - Including but not limited to Power Distribution, Lighting, Fire Alarm, Card Access Security, CCTV Cameras, Phone & Data Cabling. Earthwork - Including but not limited to Site rough grading, Detailed building excavation, subgrade preparation and gravel.
