The Government of Nunavut (GN) department of Community and Government Services, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified firm to provide technical advice and assistance, when required, in the following subject areas as further outlined in this RFP document: 1. Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Support Monitoring and Evaluation 2. Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility Operator Training Course Delivery Program Development and Delivery 3. Water and Wastewater Treatment Facility Assessments The successful proponents on this Standing Offer Agreement will be available to the Government of Nunavut and its agencies. This SOA will not be exclusive to the department of Community and Government Services. If the proposal is to be hand delivered, the original and three (3) copies are to be submitted, quoting RFP 2023-36 - SOA Water and Wastewater Operations Support, Nunavut closing date and proponents name on the outside of the envelope. After the closing time, and subject to the Access to Information and GN reporting provisions contained herein, only the names and addresses of the proponents will be made public. The Term of the SOA(s) to be awarded will be for three (3) years. It is anticipated that the SOA List will be established by August 1, 2023, and will terminate three (3) years later, unless it is expired as permitted herein.
