Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: 1. Area "A": The removal of existing sidewalks. Regarding and subgrade preparation of new side concrete sidewalks. Two new aluminum ADA compliant ramps. 2. Area "B": Includes the removal of a concrete landing, wood plank walkway, PVC drain line, catch basin, downspout connections, portion of sidewalk & soil as required to regrade. Installation of 4" concrete slab, concrete sediment separating storm drainpipe, catch basin, storm water retention & seepage bed, flexible downspout drainpipe and 4" concrete sidewalk with cast-in-place trench drain. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $170,000
