Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mexico, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project includes construction of nearly 800 feet of concrete sidewalk as well as 250 feet of curb and gutter replacement. A certified or cashier's check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. No Bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of 60 days after the date of opening of bids. If this contract involves the construction, reconstruction, demolition, painting, or major repair of any facility of the City, Bidder shall provide a ten (10) hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) construction safety program for their on-site employees within 60 Days of award of the contract. Failure to provide training and maintain documentation of the training, may result in penalties under RSMO 292.675.
