The project includes demolition, earthwork, and repaving of existing city hall and library parking lots; abandonment of a section of existing sanitary sewer main; construction of a new section of sanitary sewer main; and modification of an existing storm drain. Associated work includes concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and curb ramps, hot mix asphalt paving, signing and stripping.
