The vendor shall provide a separate price for equipment and install on the Bid Form as follows: Item 1 - Price of Equipment including delivery to the loading dock at the Ontario County Jail located at County Complex Drive, Canandaigua, NY 14424. Item 2 - Price for removal of old steamer and installation of new unit as follows: Disconnect and remove old steamer from the premises. Dispose of old unit in an appropriate manner. Uncrate new steamer unit and move to install location. Install new steamer including connection to all utilities, start-up and testing of unit. All fees including any labor, parts, tools, travel, training and supervision must be included in the price offered. All packaging and debris must be removed from the premises and properly disposed of. Item 3 - Extended Warranty (Optional) If an extended warranty is available beyond the included manufacturer's warranty, please list the warranty info and provide a price.
