Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Justin, Texas. Completed plans call civil work for a bridge / tunnel.
The project is located in the ETJ of the City of Justin, Texas, south of FM 407, between Bill Cook Road and Boss Range Road, generally following Trail Creek. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the SH-114 West. Once on SH-114 West, exit FM-156 and turn right, heading north. Continue heading north for approximately 4.0 miles and turn left onto W 1 st Street/FM 407. The project site will be a mile west on the left. The project scope includes approximately 4,565 SY of 8 Concrete Pavement and construction of a Structural Covered Bridge. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding.
