Site work for a water / sewer project in Justin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding. The project is located in the ETJ of the City of Justin, Texas, south of FM 407, between Bill Cook Road and Boss Range Road, generally following Trail Creek. The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the SH-114 West. Once on SH-114 West, exit FM-156 and turn right, heading north. Continue heading north for approximately 4.0 miles and turn left onto W 1 st Street/FM 407. The project site will be a mile west on the left. The project scope includes approximately 15,865 linear feet of 8"-12" water line, 9,940 linear feet of 8" sanitary sewer main, and 5,375 linear feet of 18"-54" RCP storm drain.
