Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase 3 consists of the demolition of the existing 0.450 MGD pre-packaged wastewater treatment plant, the demobilization of existing lift station, and the construction of a 0.60 MGD permanent reinforced concrete wastewater treatment plant including but not limited to providing labor, materials, equipment, and required incidentals to furnish, excavate, install, and backfill one (1) 14-ft diameter lift station, submersible pumps, headwork structure, rotary drum screen, four (4) aeration basins, entrance channel. exit channel, splitter box, fine bubble diffusers, medium bubble diffusers, aeration blower station, two (2) clarifier basins, two (2) digester basins, medium bubble diffusers, one (1) chlorine contact basin (CCB), coarse bubble diffusers, digester/CCB blower station, RAS pump station, scum pump station, 300kW diesel generator, MCC building, with all attendant aboveground/underground piping, valves, fittings, appurtenances, electrical and instrumentation, site grading, sanitary sewer lines, foundations, driveway pavement, and site restoration; in accordance with plans and specifications.
