Site work and paving for a civil project in Cypress, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
A cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Scope of Project: Approx. 4,120 LF of 8-inch and 16-inch waterline and all appurtenances 2. Approx. 300 LF of 12-inch non-potable waterline and all appurtenances 3. Approx. 300 LF of 12-inch water well collection line and all appurtenances 4. Approx. 2,550 LF of 8-inch and 24-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 5. Approx. 2,600 LF of 24-inch through 54-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances 6. Approx. 11,380 SY of 6-inch subgrade preparation 7. Approx. 10,650 SY of 6-inch and 7-inch reinforced concrete pavement 8. Approx. 6,600LF of reinforced concrete curb All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted online at www.civcastusa.com. All parties recorded by the Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents will be notified of the addendum. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
