Renovation of a museum in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a museum.

The National Park Service in Yellowstone National Park requires the removal, proper disposal, and replacement of the existing LPG-fired boiler system located at the Heritage Center building. The existing flue shall remain and be reused for new boiler if no additional work is required to meet current code requirements. The contractor shall be responsible for removal of the boiler and all associated materials/debris. Contractor shall provide final mechanical design in compliance with all applicable State and Federal Codes, and all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary for complete demolition/removal and installation, testing adjusting and balancing of the new boiler, including reconnections to existing utilities, piping, and ductwork. The new boiler system shall be of size and type necessary to replace the existing system and as energy efficient as possible to provide reliable operation and ease of maintenance. The new boiler system shall be installed and ready to use. The contractor shall provide the service of pumps feedwater, etc., and a flush of the existing pipe supply distribution and return system. The complete Statement of Work will be included with the Solicitation. All questions will be answered in writing via amendments to the Solicitation. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. Again, this is not an Invitation for Bid (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) and does not constitute any commitment by the Government to issue any solicitation. All interested firms shall respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this Market Research. This solicitation is anticipated to be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) resulting in the award of a Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The RFP is anticipated to be issued in late June, under Solicitation #140P1423R0021. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $100,000 and $250,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
