Sidewalk Repair and Replacement Project Pre-Bid Meeting - No Online Q&A - No Bid Bond 10.00% Payment Bond 100.00% Performance Bond 100.00% Liquidated Damages - 500 Estimated Bid Value - 110,000 Start/Delivery Date - 7-24-2023 Project Duration - 35 Working Days Type of Award - Lump Sum DESCRIPTION OF WORK/SCOPE OF WORK: The work consists of sidewalk repairs, curb ramps, and other associated work necessary to complete the project as specified. COMPLETION OF WORK: The contract duration, including active construction and materials procurement, shall be thirty five (35) working days. Ordering of materials shall proceed within 10 days after the date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. Construction activities shall commence on July 24th, 2023 and shall be completed within the allowable working days. Contractor shall provide the City with a tentative construction start date and the City reserves the right to modify the construction start date at their discretion.
