Site work and renovation of a civil project in Edmond, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work herein contemplated consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary and required for the complete installation of mains and appurtenances. This will include, but not limited to the following major items and appurtenances. (1) Sewer Main Replacement (2) Connection to Existing Manhole (3) Connection to Influent Diversion Box (4) Construction of New Manholes (5) Bypass Pumping During Construction (6) Right-of-Way Restoration and Cleanup (7) Provide “As-Built” Plans with GPS As Built Survey Bid Security is required unless specifically exempted. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security, in the form of an electronic copy Bid Bond and/or irrevocable letter of credit or a certified check and/or cashier’s check. A certified check and/or cashier’s check must be delivered by bid receipt time in the City Clerks office. The amount of the Bid Security shall be five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid.
