Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor No City of Columbus MBE/WBE GOAL FOR THIS CONTRACT: 10% NOTICE TO PROCEED/CONTRACT COMPLETION All work shall be complete within 730 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The City anticipates issuing a Notice to proceed on or about October of 2023. Scope of Work: installation and maintenance of highway and street lighting, highway and street sign lighting, electronic message boards and traffic control systems, camera systems, traffic signal work, substation and line construction including overhead and underground projects for private and industrial work as in accordance with the IBEW Constitution. This Agreement includes the operation of all tools and equipment necessary for the installation of the above projects.
