Repair and paint all walls to include radiators, grills, ductwork, staircase, Basement ceiling and door jambs Repair and polish Terrazzo flooring Repair, replace and paint drop ceiling (to include new tile) Office areas, replace carpet TBD (Carpet squares) A pre-bid meeting will be held at 2070 Sullivant Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43222, at 9 A.M. on February 16, 2025 The last day to submit questions is February 25, 2025 at 1 P.M The bid bond amount shall be equal to or exceed ten percent (10%) of this total amount This Project has a MBE/WBE participation goal of 25% Entire building interior - Repair and paint all walls to include radiators, grills, ductwork, staircase, Basement ceiling and door jambs - Repair and polish Terrazzo flooring - Repair, replace and paint drop ceiling (to include new tile) - Office areas, replace carpet TBD (Carpet squares) - Refinish and repair interior doors, closet interiors and benches - LVP flooring to be install in basement (except bike room and mechanical room) TBD. - New 17" toilets installed to include new flush valves - New Urinals installed to include new flush valves - New ADA compliant sinks and faucets (to include drains, drain wraps and supply lines) installed - New mirrors installed - New paper towel dispensers (SSS76126) installed - New toilet paper dispensers (SSS76113) installed - New soap dispensers (HWEi50050) installed - Bathroom partition walls replaced with similar and add some new ones Between urinals and sinks - Replace damaged restroom tile and regrout and seal entire area - New tread tape installed on staircase - New bulb style LED light fixtures with dimmer switches installed (to include new wiring as needed) - All electric receptacles and covers replaced (GFI's in wet areas) - All motion sensors to be replaced - Replace all Exit lighting (as per code) - Wall off Air handler in main locker room to include a door and vents - Wire molding installed as needed Office S 19 B - Frame and finish drywall around mechanical pipes - Completely install new drop ceiling Women's shower room - Build and drywall finish wall around shower - Build closet area in corner - Install new 60" complete shower with faucet - Install 60 in opaque shower door - Move bench to back wall Exterior - Caulk and tuck point as needed - Replace both entrance doors with similar doors (will need frosted safety glass) - Paint building protrusions to match (gas meter, air vent, etc.) Miscellaneous Items - Replace 3 existing TA42 wall thermostats for Cabinet Heater - Replace raceway underneath electrical panels in boiler room and any damaged wiring - Replace rusted out junction box in boiler room - Replace panel for lighting controls - 3 new lockers to be installed in basement area to match existing - Patch and paint all pipe wrap as needed in accordance with the drawings, technicalspecifications, and City of Columbus Construction and Material Specifications as set forth in this Invitation for Bid (IFB).
